Anuradha Sharma

As Finance and Risk Controller at the Van Leer Foundation, Anu focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and gaining deeper insight into the organisation’s investment and grant-making activities. She brings over a decade of experience in finance and risk management, having started her career at Morgan Stanley in New York in both risk and controlling roles.

After moving to the Netherlands four years ago, she continued her career in business controlling before joining Van Leer, where the foundation’s practical mission strongly resonated with her.

Originally from India, Anu is based in Amsterdam with her husband and the love of her life, their dog Kramer. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exploring new investment opportunities, practicing hot yoga, and discovering new train journeys and large parks for Kramer to explore.
