Juana Kweitel is an Argentinian Brazilian lawyer. She has an extensive track record dedicated to human rights and a strong background in campaigning, programme design, and institutional strengthening. Since February 2023 at Luminate, she is Chief Programmes Officer. Prior to joining Luminate, Juana held several positions in civil society. She most recently served as Executive Director of Conectas in Brazil, one of the leading organisations dedicated to the defence of human rights and democracy.
