Kateryna Kyrsta
Grants Officer
Kateryna joined the Van Leer Foundation in 2026 as Grant Officer, supporting the administration of grants and partnerships across multiple portfolios.
Prior to joining the Foundation, she worked across international development, development finance, and private-sector engagement. Her experience includes managing grant portfolios at the International Fund for Animal Welfare, supporting agricultural finance programmes at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), and working with private-sector organisations and public-private partnerships to advance sustainable agriculture and renewable energy initiatives.
Kateryna holds the CFA Institute Sustainable Investing Certificate, reflecting her interest in sustainable finance and impact investing. She also holds a Master’s degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activities.
