Exploration question
If the nervous system of an organization mirrors the nervous system of its leaders, as I believe it does, where did those nervous systems first get shaped? What did the earliest years of life deposit, and how does that show up decades later in how someone leads under pressure?
Daisy is a global Chief People Officer, keynote speaker, and author of Burnt Out to Lit Up and Inclusion Revolution. Currently leading people and culture strategy at Digital Asset, a high-growth fintech, she has shaped culture at Google, Disney, Moody’s, and VICE through rapid growth, crisis, restructuring, and transformation, with one question constant: how do we build something people don’t have to recover from?
A TEDx speaker and contributor to Forbes and Harvard Business Review, Daisy has spent two decades doing the inside work of leadership – building the clarity, steadiness, and systems that let people and organizations lead what’s next without burning out in the process.
She is of Dominican and Puerto Rican heritage and makes her home in Brooklyn with her husband and daughter. The rhythms of the Dominican Republic, where she grew up, still shape her every step.
