Mona Hammami is UAE Market Leader, Abu Dhabi Office Leader and a Partner at Oliver Wyman’s GPI practice. Mona is based in Abu Dhabi and will take on the role of Abu Dhabi Office Leader as well.
Mona brings a wealth of leadership experience across the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she led the Abu Dhabi office and the social sector practice for the EEMA region, driving work on sustainability, economic diversification, learning, and corporate citizenship.
Prior to this, Mona was Senior Director at the Office of Strategic Affairs in the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court, where she led initiatives in global health, socioeconomic reform, and national development strategy.
Her career also includes senior roles at Booz & Company and international organizations such as the IMF and UN, giving her a unique perspective on advancing economic reform, innovation, and sustainable growth.
