Alana Ebin joined the Foundation in 2026 as Deputy Representative Israel with over fifteen years of experience in strategic philanthropy, educational leadership, and global programme management.
She previously served as Division Director at Mosaic United, where she took a single pilot initiative and scaled it into an expansive global division. Throughout her career, she has focused on designing high-quality educational frameworks, managing international programme operations, and leading diverse, cross-cultural teams. Her background in leadership development and experiential education spans impact across the United States, Israel, Nepal, Hungary, Russia, and Brazil.
Alana holds dual Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Education from Hebrew University.
