There are dedicated real estate investment segments housing for students, retirees, and co-living—but not for caregivers with children under five. Could there be enough demand to create a dedicated housing model tailored to their unique needs? What would it look like?
Clive is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fabrix where he has pioneered a highly flexible and progressive approach to development, breathing life back into land and buildings with capital partners who share the business’ commitment to help shape a more sustainable and equitable world. He is also the Founder of Atelier Gardens in Berlin where Fabrix has repurposed a six acre 120-year-old film studio complex into an award-winning global impact and media campus.
Visually experiencing how people come together and find personal and collective joy in public and private spaces against the backdrop of often mundane day to day routines inspires him. He is driven for his team to be instrumental in imagining and then delivering those spaces across all parts of life, from place of work to home. Fabrix and Clive are currently focussed on helping ease the affordability crisis in European housing and creating sustainable, family friendly and healthy communities for people and nature to thrive.
