Youngest of three children, Juliana was raised moving up through four of the five regions of Brazil. This early exposure to a diversity of social contexts, shaped her sensitivity to different realities and her commitment to inclusive and sustainable practices, directly influencing her academic background, volunteer engagement, and professional path. After completing her studies in International Relations and Law, where she dedicated to the youth leadership’ and students’ movements, she worked in public institutions and non-profit organizations, coordinating teams and initiatives aimed at process improvement, institutional strengthening, and expanding social impact. As a professional, Juliana is driven by the belief that management is a powerful tool for transformation, seeing experimentation, active listening, and care as driving forces in working with people and projects.
