Marleen is the Investment Director Europe at PATRIZIA Global Partners. With over 20 years of experience, she identifies and executes impactful investment opportunities across Europe and drives sustainable development as Fund Manager of PATRIZIA Sustainable Communities.

Marleen also contributes to PATRIZIA’s broader ESG initiatives. Previously, she was a partner at AuxiSolid and managed portfolios at Aberdeen Asset Management. Marleen holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a Master of Science in Urban Planning from the University of Amsterdam. Her purpose is to make cities more sustainable and nicer for people to live in every day.
