Mona is a Partner in the McKinsey Abu Dhabi office and was previously a Senior Director at the Office of Strategic Affairs, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court. She provides advisory support to leadership on social and economic developments globally and locally, and drafting publications and white papers to influence development, employment, social policies, and macroeconomic policies.
She previously worked as a consultant, an economist with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA). She is a young WEF Global Leader and a board member of Uniting to Combat NTDs, a coalition dedicated to fighting lesser-known tropical diseases.
