People and culture

Our People and Culture  department supports the wellbeing and development of the entire team. We come from diverse backgrounds and hold expertise in early childhood development, urban planning, effective philanthropy, public policy, executive education, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy and strategic communications, administration, behavioural science, impact investing and financial management. We regularly take moments to share and celebrate our cultures, expertise and achievements with each other. 

Who we look for

Determined individuals who love learning, are result-oriented and have fun working with others. Different roles require diverse expertise, but creativity in all forms is something we believe is what finds simple, effective and generative solutions to any problem.

Brazil Programme Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced programme manager to facilitate the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Van Leer Foundation’s investments in Brazil and their impact on policies and practices for early childhood.
