Early Childhood Matters (ECM) seeks to elevate key issues, spread awareness of promising solutions to support holistic child development and explore what is needed to take those solutions to scale. It shares the voices and reflects the interests and priorities of the broad community of advocates, policymakers, academics and practitioners who are working to ensure all children have a good start in life.
First published in 1998 and available free of charge, the ECM is published annually.
