Sam has over 18 years’ experience in international development and humanitarian response in sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science from Harvard University and a Master’s in Public Affairs with a certificate in Public Health from Princeton University. Much of his work focuses on behavioural and organisational change, applied to varied sectors including early childhood development, adolescent reproductive health and sustainable urban development. Sam has worked for UN agencies, NGOs and private foundations, and is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Vietnamese with a working knowledge of Portuguese and Amharic.
